Staying at this hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a lovely view of the water, perfect for a business trip. On the downside, some aspects of the dining experience fell short of expectations. The location, though not near many stores or dining options, was beautiful with relaxing spots overlooking the harbor. The service was exceptional, providing convenient shuttle access to San Francisco and great value for the money.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, perfect for traveling with a small child. However, there were some issues with the service, especially regarding the kitchen staff. The location was convenient for exploring the city and the east bay, but there were some concerns about safety due to the presence of homeless individuals. The dining experience had some healthy options but lacked variety and ambiance.

The rooms had a private patio with 2 chairs, privacy partitions, and were equipped with 2 large TVs, a sectional couch, and a small kitchenette. They were clean, spacious, and comfortable, ideal for a family stay.
